The apartment is situated above a rental shop – ski gear in winter and mountain bikes in summer.
A covered parking space is available next to the property.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and is laid out as follows:

Entrance:
The entrance is at street level, and stairs lead you directly into the main living area.

Main Floor – Living Area:
– A spacious lounge with TV (please note: the fireplace is not functional)
– Dining area with access to a small terrace
– Fully equipped kitchen
– Separate WC

Mezzanine above the living room:
– One double bedroom (180×190 cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and WC)

Upper Floor – Sleeping Area (accessed from the dining area):
– One double bedroom (180×190 cm)
– One bedroom with two single beds (2x90x190 cm)
– A shared bathroom with bathtub, sink, and WC

Some double beds can be converted into twin beds upon prior request.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.
Final cleaning and linen are included in the rental price.
Pets are welcome at a rate of €5/day per pet.
